I love those sleepless nights where finishing the book is the only thing that matters.

Book review for: Clockwork Princess by Cassandra Clare.

THIS BOOK WAS A ROLLERCOASTER OF EMOTIONS OH MY GOSH.

Okay, so this book starts out with Starkweather’s “granddaughters” death, and then picks up two months after the second one (Clockwork Prince) left off.

I happen to think Cassandra Clare is one of the best writers out there, they way she fits in little details and such that she doesn’t forget about and just ugh. I love it.

All of her characters are perfect, HER LOVE TRIANGLE IS SO PERFECT. I am totally in love with both Will and Jem and really couldn’t and didn’t truly decide who I wanted Tessa to end up with because I would have been happy with either one of them.

I don’t even know what to put in this review that wouldn’t be giving away about three thousand things. All I can say it, this last book is totally worth reading the other two, just so you can read this one.
Not that the other ones were awful, they were really great. But neither were as emotionally traumatizing as this one was, and I really LOVE emotionally traumatizing books.
Cassandra Clare does a really good job of writing something and making you assume something has happened when really it’s completely different, so you get yourself upset for all the wrong reasons. It’s so great.

OKAY NOW FOR THE MAJOR SPOILERS. SERIOUSLY DO NOT READ ANYMORE UNTIL YOU’VE READ THE BOOK OR ELSE IT WILL ALL BE RUINED FOR YOU AND THEN YOU’LL CRY.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
